The ECU still retains control and passes on the required values together with other parameters. We therefore achieve a harmonious and balanced tuning with the “Speedhawk XXL”. The new, optimised program decides whether tuning is necessary and how much - the vehicle therefore always remains in the day-to-day range, even in load ranges! The safety functions and maximum parameter values from the vehicle manufacturer are not exceeded. Error codes and information continue to be stored in the ECU.
“Speedhawk XXL” is suitable for soot particulate filters – without any limitations. The technical function of the filter is not restricted. A temperature rise during the load phases by about 60° does not damage the filter. An additional loading of maximum 10% soot discharge only shortens the wash cycle by a slight amount. No extended afterburning takes place due to the tuning box.
